Spring Class
Pictures
As I mentioned
earlier in the year, Geskus is doing class pictures a little differently this
year. After retakes were done, students
received a composite picture of their class rather than a whole group picture. On Wednesday, March 20th, Geskus
will be back to take class pictures, and families will be able to purchase a
5x7 print for $12. 20% of the proceeds
will come back to the school. Order
envelopes were sent home with students last week. Students will need to bring their picture
envelope with them on Picture Day (March 20) if they are ordering.
Destination Imagination
Congratulations to the 3 teams who represented RBS at the DI Regional
Tournament in Amherst last Saturday--The
Rising Stars, Hurricane
Helpers and The
Fab 7, who placed 1st and advanced to the State Tournament in Nashua on
March 30th. Thanks to all of
the volunteers who have worked with these kids since last fall, especially
their Team Managers.

4th
Grade Play
Save the date! Tuesday April 16th the entire
fourth grade will present "Goin' Buggy!" Every boy and girl in fourth grade have a part
to perform in this tongue-in-cheek story of bugs, uniting against the
injustices they have endured. Rehearsals
(all during school hours) have begun, and will culminate in what promises to be
a fun, fabulous presentation to parents and friends at 6:30 PM on Tuesday,
April 16th. You will not want
to miss this!
March Food Drive
RBS is working
with the Bedford Food Pantry to help
collect food items that are most needed by families. Every other month we collect 1 food
item. For the month of March, that item is CANNED FRUIT. If you are able, please bring in canned fruit
until Friday, March 29th. We
will have a box for donations in the office hallway outside of the
library. Thank you so much for
supporting this very worthy cause, which supports Bedford families.
