Elementary Kitchen News
The lunch program will be featuring a yummy and nutritious build your own salad on Thursday, 9/26. Start off with a bed of mixed lettuces from Oasis, a local hydroponic farm in Nashua. Top it off with a choice of protein that includes crunchy chicken, hard boiled egg, shredded cheese and roasted chickpeas. Fresh, chopped vegetables from local Brookford Farm includes tomatoes, cucumbers and shredded carrots. A warm, whole grain bread stick, assorted dressings, fresh fruit and milk will also be offered.
